Barnett Waddingham appoints Chief Operating Officer
Barnett Waddingham has appointed Jane Galvin as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a Partner of the firm.
Jane, an actuary, joins Barnett Waddingham after working as a consultant for a selection of financial services companies over the last year including an Interim role as CS Director at Scottish Widows and a change development role across the Lloyds Banking group.
Jane also has over 28 years experience with Friends Provident, where she latterly had senior roles including four years as Managing Director of Operations and seven years as Director of Customer Services. She also worked in various management positions during her 28 years at the firm.
Commenting on her appointment, Jane said: “Barnett Waddingham is known for the personal service it provides to clients, striking the perfect balance between maintaining the highest technical knowledge and delivering the very best customer service standards.
