Scheme trustees are still prepared to pay for quality administration services despite the recession, according to PM research.
Nuala Hedges
, partner at Barnett Waddingham, said: “We find there tends to be a divide between those who view administration as a commodity, and select service providers primarily on the basis of cost, and those who are prepared to pay for a high quality service.”
