Barnett Waddingham announces three new Partners and seven Associates

Barnett Waddingham, the UK’s largest independent firm of actuaries and consultants is delighted to announce that it has promoted Andrew Roberts, Ed Spencer and Nick Griggs to partners on 1st June 2008.

Andrew Roberts has twelve years of pension’s experience, and joined Barnett Waddingham in 2005. He now leads the SIPP and SSAS team in the Liverpool office, and is the current Secretary for the Association of Member-directed Pension Schemes.

Ed Spencer joined the firm in 1997 and is responsible for providing actuarial and investment consultancy advice to a diverse portfolio of clients in the Leeds office.  Ed is a Scheme Actuary and is also a member of the firm’s Asset Strategy Committee.

Nick Griggs has been at Barnett Waddingham for eleven years and so has long pensions experience.  Based in the Cheltenham office, Nick acts as a Scheme Actuary and also provides consultancy advice to a range of corporate clients. Nick is also a member of the firm’s committee that researches new pension and actuarial issues. 

Barnett Waddingham has also promoted David Bailey (London), David Connell (London), Stuart Daly (Bromsgrove), Mark Futcher (Amersham), Vanessa Smart (Amersham), Carol Gilbert (Cheltenham) and Paul Higgs (Cheltenham) to Associates.
