Issues for Employers Seminars

Our next evening seminar considers the issues currently facing occupational pension schemes from the perspective of the employer. For obvious reasons, employers are showing a much greater interest in pension scheme funding than has previously been the case. Employers are also demanding a much better understanding of the financial dynamics of the pension scheme, the underlying risk issues and the scope they have for controlling these risks. In some cases, the power to make certain decisions rests with the employer and the employer is keen to understand the options available and the potential impact of these options. Even when a decision rests entirely with the pension scheme trustees, the employer is asking for more information in order to appreciate the financial effect of the trustees' decisions.

Attention all trustees of defined contribution schemes: We still have spaces on our trustee training seminar aimed at trustees of defined contribution schemes on 15 April in our London office. If you are interested in attending this seminar please contact Julie Cope on 020 7776 2200 or follow this link for further details.
