Historic SSAS Seminars

For over ten years, Barnett Waddingham have hosted a series of seminars on the subject of small self-administered pension schemes each autumn. The seminars are designed to give both our clients and their professional advisers informative guidance on small schemes. The seminars, which include a buffet lunch, are free to our SSAS, SIPP and FURBS clients.

The topics covered each year vary, with an emphasis on visiting areas where there have been recent legislative or commercial developments. In addition, every year there is a portion of each seminar given over to a discussion of the current issues affecting small schemes.

The four topics for the 2001 seminars were:

1) Using Loans From Your SSAS
2) Income Drawdown In Retirement From SSAS & SIPP
3) SSAS v SIPP - Does One Size Fit All?
4) Current Issues Affecting Small Schemes
