Exam successes for Barnett Waddingham staff - June/July 2000
The UK pensions world's summer season of celebrations spanned a period of three weeks this year, with no less than four sets of exam results being announced between 16 June and 6 July 2000. Barnett Waddingham staff had good reason to celebrate, with over sixty exam passes achieved.
Thirty passes were achieved by the firm's actuarial students in the exams set by the Institute of Actuaries. In the Pensions Management Institute results, there were eighteen passes obtained by Barnett Waddingham staff studying their way towards PMI Associateship. Thirteen passes were achieved by our pensions administration staff in the UK's Qualification in Pensions Administration exams.
| All of the exams are tough and congratulations go to all successful candidates. Special congratulations go to: Isabel Coles from our London office, who qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries; |
 |
| Paul Hamilton (Amersham) and Nick Griggs (Cheltenham) whose exam success means they have now obtained the Institute of Actuaries' Certificate in Finance and Investment; and Shirley Cluff (London - top) and Hazel Galton (Cheltenham - bottom), who both qualified as Associates of the Pensions Management Institute. |
