Severance Advice
Many pension schemes allow for special benefits to be paid if an Executive member is made redundant. Alternatively, special benefits can be sought. We can offer individual advice to Executives and negotiate on their behalf to obtain the best deal possible. We can also work on behalf of the company to determine a suitable strategy to provide an appropriate compensation package on early termination of contract.
