Auto-Enrolment

We provide a range of services to help employers and trustees to prepare for the forthcoming pension reform and auto-enrolment duties. These include:

  • Review of current pension arrangements for compliance and suitability
  • Consolidation/simplification of current pension arrangements prior to staging to ease the burden on the employer under the new duties
  • Implementation of new pension arrangements where appropriate
  • Preparation of communications, e.g. warm-up education to workers and documents required to operate the new duties
  • Project planning / management to ensure compliance and avoidance of fines
  • Ongoing governance, consultancy and member services as the employer/trustees require
