Auto-Enrolment
We provide a range of services to help employers and trustees to prepare for the forthcoming pension reform and auto-enrolment duties. These include:
- Education and support to understand and prepare for the new requirements
- Cost modeller to project the likely implications of different defined contribution (DC) solutions
- Consultancy with regard to defined benefit (DB) pension schemes
- Consultancy with regard to the effect on other contingent benefits, e.g. life and income protection insurances
- Review of current pension arrangements for compliance and suitability
- Consolidation/simplification of current pension arrangements prior to staging to ease the burden on the employer under the new duties
- Implementation of new pension arrangements where appropriate
- Preparation of communications, e.g. warm-up education to workers and documents required to operate the new duties
- Project planning / management to ensure compliance and avoidance of fines
- Ongoing governance, consultancy and member services as the employer/trustees require
