NORACS (North American Actuarial Consulting Services) and
EURACS (European Actuarial Consulting Services).
Membership allows Barnett Waddingham to operate with international expertise by having access to qualified, expert advice on international issues.
One of the NORACS members based in the USA has carried out a survey of defined contribution plans offered by employers in the Tri-State Region that includes Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia. The results of this survey are interesting not only for plan sponsors in the US but also, although the regulatory issues are different, there are some very similar governance issues to those faced by UK plans.
