Benefit Design

More flexible working practices and greater diversity in the workplace have resulted in greater variety in employee benefit packages.  Our services include reviewing and advising on the design and implementation of existing employee benefit plans and recommending alternative arrangements.

We have been involved in a range of projects for clients including restructuring defined benefit and defined contribution pension arrangements; advising on the design of benefits and contributions; recommending suitable risk benefits, such as death in service, group income protection and setting up flexible benefit arrangements.

In both the design and the implementation of the benefit package we focus on the need for effective communication to ensure that the employee benefit package suits the business need of the client company and is seen as a valuable aid to retention and recruitment of staff.
