The Role
Due to continued expansion, a vacancy has arisen in the Pensions Actuarial team in our office in Amersham, Buckinghamshire.
The vacancy is for a part-qualified actuary to join the Amersham Pensions Actuarial team of 30 staff and partners. The role will involve providing a wide range of actuarial and consulting services to our portfolio of DB pension scheme clients, including a mixture of Trustee and Corporate Consulting and Investment Consulting services.
The Pensions Actuarial team is arranged into small client teams led by a partner. The role will involve working closely with the partners and the clients and attending client meetings.
The successful candidate will:
- have around 3 years' experience of providing actuarial and consultancy services to DB pension schemes;
- be a part-qualified actuary making good progress through the actuarial exams;
- be a team player; and
- have very good written and verbal communication skills.
