The Experience
Our summer programme lasts for 8 weeks in July and August.
Our 8 week training programme offers first class training and work experience, enabling you to gain an excellent understanding of what an Actuary does, the Company, our Practice Areas and our teams. You will get on the job training, be given real responsibility to contirbute to the completion of client work and be encouraged to attend client events.
Working with other summer students you will have the opportunity to work on a project and gain a greater understanding of how we work at Barnett Waddingham.
As a summer student you will be assigned a mentor. This individual will be your first point of contact and be there to provide support and answer any questions you may have. We aim to nurture talent and enthusiasm and welcome your input into the experience you obtain whilst you are with us.
