Sam Meldrum
Sam Meldrum FIA
Sam Meldrum graduated from Keble College, Oxford with a mathematics degree in 1994.
Sam became a partner of Barnett Waddingham LLP in June 2006 and has responsibility for firm-wide IT. He was responsible for establishing and managing the software development team who created BWebstream (Barnett Waddingham's in-house pension scheme administration software) having previously managed a number of software projects for the firm.
Since June 2010
Sam has sat on the firm's Management Board.
Sam joined Barnett Waddingham's pensions actuarial team in 1994 based in Buckinghamshire. He qualified as a Fellow of the
Institute of Actuaries
in 1999. Sam has much experience advising on corporate pension matters and continues to be involved in pension scheme advice from a systems perspective.
Sam is married to Rachel and has three young children, Katie, Lucy and Josiah. He enjoys spending time in the outdoors: walking, running and cycling and combines these activities and family life with an interest in photography.
