Rod Goodyer FIA

Rod graduated from Corpus Christi College, Cambridge with a degree in Engineering and Electrical & Information Sciences in 2002 and qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in 2005, being awarded the Sir Joseph Burn prize for his overall examination performance.

Rod began his actuarial career in 2002, in the Amersham office of Barnett Waddingham. He moved to work in the London office in the summer of 2006 and became a Partner of the firm in June 2012.

Rod has experience of a wide range of investment consultancy work including strategy reviews, investment manager selection, liability hedging, long-term de-risking work and insurance transactions. This experience has been gained over a range of appointments to both companies and pension scheme trustees. 

Rod also is also responsible for strategic investment research projects within Barnett Waddingham.
