Paul Higgs APMI ACII

Paul graduated from the University of Kent and has been involved in pensions throughout his career.

He joined Barnett Waddingham from Zurich in 1996, being one of the team involved in the setting up of Barnett Waddingham’s Cheltenham office.

Initially part of the actuarial team, Paul then moved on to Self Administered Pension Schemes. He now runs the Cheltenham team responsible for company arrangements known as Small Self Administered Schemes and acts as a consultant to the Scheme Trustees. Paul also participates on Barnett Waddingham’s Small Schemes Technical Committee which considers important issues and recommended practices for the Small Schemes teams across the firm.

He is an Associate of the Pensions Management Institute and the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Paul coaches kids football and likes to get on the golf course given the chance.
