Mike Kennedy FFA

Mike graduated from Heriot Watt University with an Actuarial Mathematics and Statistics degree in 1997 and qualified as a Fellow of the Faculty of Actuaries in 2000.

He became a partner of Barnett Waddingham in February 2008 following the firm's acquisition of Garvins. Mike previously worked at Sedgwick Noble Lowndes and PricewaterhouseCoopers, before joining Garvins in October 2003.

Mike is based at our Bromsgrove office and sits on Barnett Waddingham’s Business Development Board. Throughout his actuarial career, Mike has specialised in advising companies and trustees operating occupational pension schemes; both final salary schemes and money purchase schemes. He has responsibility for a portfolio of clients from a range of industries across the UK.

Mike has had articles published in the pensions press and has spoken at a number of external seminars provided for other pensions professionals.
