Matt Tickle FIA

Matt graduated from Warwick University with an MSc in Economics, having gained a first class BSc in Economics and Econometrics from Nottingham University.

Matt joined Barnett Waddingham LLP in September 2000 and qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in 2004. He was appointed a Partner in the firm in 2009.

Matt takes particular interest in the investment issues facing pension schemes. As well as his client responsibilities. Matt is a member of the firm’s Investment Services Team who coordinate our research and investment consultancy work and is heavily involved with Barnett Waddingham’s capital markets research.

Matt currently acts as investment consultant to a wide variety of pension schemes, with assets ranging from £2 million to £180 million. Matt is a regular speaker on investment issues at trustee training seminars and client seminars run by the Cheltenham office and also at external seminars.

Outside work, when not entertaining his two young children Matt can be found on the golf course or football pitch.
