Mark Da Silva FIA
Mark Da Silva graduated from Oxford University in 1985 with a first in mathematics, and started pensions work in 1986.
He joined Barnett Waddingham in 1990, qualifying as a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in 1991, and is based in our Amersham office.
Mark has over 20 years' experience in all aspects of pension scheme consultancy, including scheme actuary appointments to a number of final salary schemes of varying sizes. He runs the firm's programme of trustee training courses. Mark is a regular speaker at our evening seminars as well as external commercial conferences and sits on the Institute of Actuaries Pensions Education Committee.
Mark is married to Nicky and they have one son, William, and one daughter, Isabel. Mark is a keen trombonist and currently plays with the Mike Garrick Jazz Orchestra.
