John Landon
John went to School at Aylesbury Grammar School but decided not to progress to University after A Level successes in Economics, Business Studies and Geography.
John joined Barnett Waddingham in November 1998. A short period of employment with Mercer H R Consulting Limited in Windsor followed, from 1999, until Barnett Waddingham acquired the Mercers SSAS Unit, resulting in John’s return to ‘the home of SSAS’ in Amersham.
In 2005 John helped to establish the Amersham SIPP Team and is now Team Leader overseeing SIPPs for the South East region and continues to provide consultancy for his portfolio of SSAS clients.
John had 14 years of service with AXA Equity & Law working in Personal and Executive Pensions and ultimately Small Self Administered Schemes (SSAS) before joining Barnett Waddingham.
John has a wife (Nicki) and two children (Charlotte and Matthew) and having previously been keen to participate in many sports, now prefers to ‘observe’, preferably from the comfort of his armchair.
