Debra Jackson FIA
Debra Jackson graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in mathematics and management studies in 2001 and qualified as a fellow of the institute of actuaries in December 2006.
Debra joined Barnett Waddingham’s actuarial team in the Amersham office in September 2003. She provides advice to pension scheme trustees and sponsors and assists Barnett Waddingham's employee benefits team in providing advice to companies who provide DC contract based schemes. Prior to joining Barnett Waddingham she completed a graduate training programme with Nestle in sales and marketing.
Debra is a team leader in one of Amersham’s actuarial teams, responsible for managing workload and organising students’ development. She leads the office’s graduate recruitment programme and is involved in training for junior members on both technical matters and soft skills.
