Debbie Matravers

Debbie started her pensions career in the actuarial department of Eagle Star in 1993 after graduating with an Honours degree in Mathematics. Debbie joined Barnett Waddingham in September 1996 and has now built up over 16 years’ pensions experience on large, medium and small sized pension schemes.

Debbie is an Associate of the firm and her main role is as a senior member of the actuarial team and providing actuarial and consulting advice to clients and support for the Partners in the Cheltenham office. Debbie is also responsible for the day-to-day management of the actuarial team.

Debbie is a member of the firm’s compliance committee which involves providing regular training and having responsibility for monitoring the Cheltenham office to ensure it complies with the various regulatory requirements.
