Carol Gilbert


Carol is the Head of Human Resources for Barnett Waddingham.

Carol has over 20 years experience of working in H.R. of which nearly 12 years has been spent working in Professional Services. Prior to working at Barnett Waddingham she worked for Beachcroft LLP, a regional law firm, heading up the H.R. department.

Carol qualified in 1995 with the CIPD and is now a Chartered Member of the Institute, she is also a qualified Level A and Level B practitioner approved by the British Psychological Society and Saville and Holdsworth.

During her career she has been involved in implementing IiP and has been active in the South West CIPD group and HR in Law.

Interests outside work include walking and cooking.
