Alex Pocock FIA

Alex graduated from Keble College, Oxford University in 2004 with a Masters degree in Physics. Alex joined Barnett Waddingham LLP in September 2004 and qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in 2008.

Alex specialises in the provision of investment advice to both trustee and corporate clients. As well as his client responsibilities, Alex is a member of the firm's Investment Consulting practice who coordinate our investment research and consultancy work and is also involved in the development of Barnett Waddingham's in-house investment and risk modelling tools.

Alex currently acts as investment consultant to a number of pension schemes with assets ranging from £4 million to £300 million. Alex regularly speaks on investment issues at trustee training seminars held in the London office and has had a number of articles published in the pensions press.

Alex sits on the Investment Committee of the Society of Pension Consultants.
