September Seminar - Pension Regulator Update
The Pensions Regulator has been very active in recent months, issuing its first Contribution Notice and imposing a wide-ranging Financial Support Direction against the Nortel Group. It has also published guidance on employer covenant assessment and transfer incentives.
Our September seminar will focus on these developments and how they affect employers. We will also consider other topical issues.

We are delighted that a spokesperson from the Pensions Regulator will be presenting at the Birmingham, Leeds and London seminars.
Seminar dates:
Manchester - Tuesday 14th September
Birmingham - Wednesday 15th September
Leeds - Thursday 16th September
London - Tuesday 21st September
