20/20 Vision - Pension Conference
Our pension conference will examine the likely trends for work-based pension schemes over the next decade given the state of flux of the market today.
We will:
- Consider what employers might provide for new joiners, particularly in light of the forthcoming requirement for auto-enrolment and the NEST scheme;
- Review how legacy defined benefit schemes are likely to evolve in terms of de-risking, buy-out and other initiatives, as well as changes to funding and investment policy and regulatory supervision;
- Consider how an orderly transition from defined benefit to defined contribution can be managed.
The conference will be relevant to those involved in setting pension strategy and protecting past pension provision, be they employers, trustees or advisers.
